• At the heart of my tutoring both Business and Economics subjects is student success. Every student I have ever tutored has either achieved their target/predicted grade, or improved upon it.

• However, tutoring doesn’t work alone, it supports formal school/college lessons, home schooling and work undertaken independently by the students themselves.

• My sole mission is to gain student success, usually measured via predicted grades, such that the investment is returned and the student, and parents, are fully satisfied.

• After obtaining a First Class BSc. Honours degree and PhD from Cardiff University, I worked in industry for over 20 years.

• In 2019, I felt the calling to make a difference and moved into teaching, immediately becoming a classroom Teacher of Business and Economics to both KS4 and KS5 students, I gained QTS in 2020, soon after became Deputy Head of Sixth Form and latterly Head of Business department. 

• I have been tutoring Business and Economics successfully to over 40 students on a 1:1 basis.

• I am also a qualified AQA Economics A level Examiner.
